The year as a journey: cumulative sold dollars against the seasonal pace of our business. The pace line bends with the season, because the year does not sell in twelfths.
ARC stands for Autonomy, Relatedness, Competence, the three things this platform is built to protect. The name carries a second meaning on purpose: the line your year draws across this chart is your arc.
Autonomy
This is your year to drive. The chart shows where it stands; what happens next is yours.
Relatedness
One team, one map. Division, market, and your own line all live on the same journey.
Competence
The work shows up here. Every week you sell, your line answers.
How to read it:
The gold dashed curve is seasonal pace: where the year expects you to be today. It bends with our real season, so being behind a straight line in a light month means nothing here.
Your line is every week you have sold, stacked up. Pick your name under Find yourself and the chart becomes yours; the short dashed connector at the end shows exactly where you stand against pace this week.
Projected Year-End assumes you keep your current pace through the season. It is directional, not a verdict, and the heaviest months of the year are still in front of you.

Basis note: the company goal includes install-stage change orders. The solid blue line is PM-attributed selling; it excluded change orders entirely through 2026-05-02, and from 2026-05-03 forward already includes them via manual reconciliation against ServiceTitan's main sales page. The dashed orange line adds back the one-time gap change orders left in the 17 weeks before that, not an ongoing overlay.
