Part Two: Your Commitment
Execution Is the Receipt
1 · Reforecast Your Second Half
The first half of 2026 is on the books. Reforecast what you will sell from July through December. Know your numbers. This is your commitment, in your handwriting, not a number handed to you.
2 · What Will You Invest In?
What aspects of your job do you need to continually invest in to perform to that number? Be specific about the craft: which stage of the Appointment Arc, which skill, which discipline, and what investing in it actually looks like week over week. "Sell more" or "get better leads" will not suffice.

3 · Three Actions to Reinforce Your On-Job Learning
Identify three key actions you will take in the 60 days following (re)Boot Sales Camp to reinforce what you learned. Examples: ride-alongs with Supers, joining a crew for half a day on a foam job, ride-along evaluations of teammates. Each one must be a SMART goal: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound.
4 · Sign and Date
Your signature says: I completed this exam closed-book, the commitments above are mine, and I own them.
